Out institute hosted an engineering design contract signing ceremony on March 28, for Canada’s MAG Industrial Co, in the administration building’s videoconference room. The deal involves the production of 1.2 million tons of potash fertilizer annually in the Republic of Congo. Attending the ceremony were Jiang Qiang, president of the Evergreen Holding Group; Chen Longbo, CEO of Canada MAG; our own president, Wei Yeqiu; vice-president, Liu Xiaoli, and another vice-president, Zeng Quanman; along with project managers and a panel of experts.
During the ceremony, Jiang said he looks forward to this strategic cooperation and pointed out that both parties should reach their goals for excellence in this winning situation and create a first-class project abroad. Wei, speaking on behalf of the institute, expressed his heartfelt appreciation for the confidence and support they had been given and that everyone in the institute should see this as a great opportunity and make every effort to do top design work. There “One project is one monument” idea can be realized in Africa to provide a solid base for the institute’s move into the world.
After a hearty round of applause from members of both parties, Chen and Liui signed the contract and, right here, our first design contract worth more than 100 million yuan ($ 15.73 million) came into being.
Afterwards, the two parties had a three-day evaluation process in relation to the proposal and, after a long discussion, the proposal was accepted, along with some valuable advice some greater details, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.
