100T/H Caprolactam HPOD effluent decolorization project of Balin subsidiary of Sinopec, which was designed, and whose key equipment was supplied by Chonfar successfully went into operation in the other day in the city of Yueyang. The project has filled the domestic blanket of advanced treatment and recycles of complex organic effluent, and massively elevated the effective treatment of effluent, which demonstrated the world-level advanced proficiency of treatment and equipment application of complex organic effluent.
The HPOD system is a set of advanced oxygen manufacturer designed by Chonfar with 3-year effort and experiment, which has been granted for 3 intellectual properties. The theory of this system is applying the hydroxyl radicals on the catalytic agent produces the theory of this system by ozone to massively and unselectively decompose the little and non-biodegradable organics for the purpose of water purification. The catalytic agent applied here is non-toxic an environment-friendly, which will not cause second contamination of the water. The HPOD system is low-cost operational and high-standard fabrication, which is also of great economic and social benefit.
The HPOD system is high-effectives, low-consumption, stable and easy-to-operation, whose reaction efficiency is 50% more than that of any domestic ozone reactors so far.
