In September, in accordance with related requirements by the head office China National BlueStar, the Institute plans to carry out a special activity on quality with "Quality Heritage, Quality Development" as the theme.
During the event, a series of quality-related activities will be conducted, including “Quality Month” program development, special issue on “Quality Month”, and reports on “Quality Month” requirements, plans, results, etc. In addition to strengthening the quality promotion, the Institute will hold an activity of “advice and suggestions on Quality” among the entire staff, conduct a special action on the quality management system training, service activities supervision and QHSE process effectiveness simultaneous implementation to enhance staff’s consciousness of quality. To improve the “quality heritage”, all the masters of the apprentices are required to hold a concentrated tutoring on their apprentices to help them enhance the level of expertise and design quality. After the concentrated tutoring, the apprentices should write a summary report as a feedback.
All the departments should take this opportunity to do a good analysis on quality problems and carry out related improvement work. In order to identify problems, the causes should be analyzed, improvement measures should be proposed, and corrective plans should be made. The management department should focus on how to refine the work procedures and improve efficiency and service attitude, etc. activities to better serve the production departments.
